E5-573G Dolby problems

I just bought this laptop today after my earlier Acer laptop died.

I've bought this with Linux as I already had the Windows license with me. Now, the problem I'm facing is, after installing Windows 10 and installing all the drivers, including the Realtek one, I have no option to access Dolby Adv. Audio. Apparently the driver setup isn't installing Dolby with it.

Although I can install it from the PCEE folder, it doesn't work after installing, as if it's not getting any input.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, wiped the hard disk clean and installed Windows again, but to no avail.

What should I do about this? The audio is extremely low even on high volumes.

Thanks in advance.
