Black Screen with lines

I purchased my Aspire E 15 in December 2015.  It has been in the shop once already (Best Buy) who were unable to diagnose the problem, and I've been unable to use it since April due to the screen being mostly black with gray or blue lines.  Any ideas why this is happening and how I can fix it?  Or does it need to be sent back to manufacturer?
