Hello,

The Power  on/off button on my E525 does not work, is it replaceable or can it be by-passed ?

    Hi rosyboy

Are you sure the button has failed and not the charger is dead? Try connecting a suitable compatible charger to see.

If you take your laptop to a local repair centre, they should be able to test it. If it is the button, they will also be able to replace it for you.

I'm not certain of any easy way that the button can be bypassed!
