    Hi cames

Have you tried using system restore? If not it's worth a go. Alternatively, go to Device Manager, locate your keyboard, right click then select unistall.

On restarting your laptop, Windows will re-load the driver. Hopefully this should now work!

I don't use the / key very often so I'm not sure when it started.so system restore is not a good option I did try the on screen keyboard that worked fine.

Well, if it's not causing any real problems, it might be worth forgetting about it!

It's worth checking the "Drivers & Manuals" section to see if there is a patch for your model. Or if it is still under warranty, speaking to support?

Here's my only issue with it it is still under warranty only has it a few months if I ignore it more keys might stop working then warranty runs out then I end up paying a bunch of money to get fixed when I should have done it when under warranty I just thought I would check here first just in case it was a simple fix of course it's not but thanks for trying.

Give it a try before sending for repair, switch language to different and revert back to your original language setting.
