es 15 touchpad don't work

You need to give more information and need to explain what happens, have you tried installing the driverdownloaded from here:https://www.acer.com/ac/en/IN/content/support, what opertaing system is in your laptop? Could you be able to identify the Touchpad name(Synaptics, Elantech or Precision Touchpad).

Go to Device manager, expand "Mice and other pointing devices", right click and select properties, in driver tab find the version of the driver and post here.
