Very slow boot time after windows 7 reinstall on M3-581T

Due to some software issues, I needed to run the Acer eRecovery on my M3-581T and reinstall windows 7.

After the reinstall, I noticed that the computer wasn't booting as quickly as it did before the reinstall.

Looking in device manager I can see the SSD is listed, but entering the bios on startup doesn't show the SSD at all.

It's noticably slower to boot now.

Does windows normally boot from the HD or from the SSD?

Did I do something wrong when I did the windows reinstall?  I don't recall seeing a choice on where to put the OS; I'm just wondering why it's taking almost 2 minutes to boot now when it was taking around 30 seconds before.

I did update all the drivers from the acer website after the reinstall.

I'd like to figure out how to make it boot as quickly as it did before.

Thanks in advance for any and all help!

No, unfortunately not. I'm not sure where to turn for help. I thought this would be a good place to start and maybe get some suggestions?

How did you reinstall windows 7, where is it installed, how big is the SSD, and was the system factory installed before you reinstalled?

I reinstalled it with the Acer eRecovery program. I assume it's installed wherever it should be installed? I have no clue.

SSD is 20GB and yes the system was factory installed.
