USB headset is not supported for my device(Acer one 10 atom)

Please give me the resolution on te same, its very important please take it on high priority

    what do you mean by "not supported"?

    I'm not an Acer employee.

    Not supported means. when you connect headset and play a music on laptop, no sound, i am able to listen via headset, headset is working with another desktop.

     

    So if not sound audible means, what we can call this problem, would you suggest i am very happy to learn.

     

    USB is working for other functionality, such as data transfer functions.

    first of all you need to check if the USB headset drivers are installed.

    then you need to set your USB headset as default playback device.

     

    right click the speaker icon near clock and date

    choose playback device

    check if your USB headphone is listed, right click it and set as default

     

    now you will be able to ear sounds
