Touchpad issues (Aspire E1 572-6 with Synaptics)

I have this laptop for 8 months (ASPIRE E1-572-6 I5-4200U 4GB RAM) but this problem happen ever since first week

the synapticis touchpad stop to click at random (around 3 times a day when i'm not using with a mouse)

It moves but is not able to click...in fact if I look at a system tray: (you can force to always show icons and notification)

-it still green when i move

-it is blue when use as a wheel

-left button icon is green when i click with the key

-left button icon is yellow when i fast touch to click

so THIS IS NO HADWARE ISSUE

the problem must be the driver(i've reinstalled) (newest on acer website is 17.0.6.13 and is dated as 2013) or windows explorer

(because explorer behaver weird when this happens)

the touchpad receives my input right,but dont send the comands to windows or windows process in a wrong way

MY QUICK FIX Smiley Sad obviously i'm tired of it)

1 - suspend the computer, but is far from being a solution(web aplications,online games and downloads does not work well with it)

2 - plug a USB Mouse and use the mouse for a while, them remove the USB Mouse and its now able again to click( I not always i carry a usb-mouse and thats the reason for laptops to have the touchpad Smiley Tongue )

PS- Quick fix 2 proves that i dont need to suspend computer,so even less chance to be hardware issue

anyone had these problems? my laptop came with windows 8.1 and i still use and like windows 8.1 (dont want to install windows 7)

Also this is not the Fn+F7 key problem
really need help with this issue, maybe if a put a filter on windows logs for the touchpad could help

i tryed yesterday but i failed to create it

I see that you say you've had this problem from the very first week of owning the computer. I'd like to look into what was done that first week. I presume that applications were installed once it was up and running, it's going to be hard to see if anything that was installed may be contributing to this problem. There are a couple of steps we can take to see if it helps or resolves the problem:

Run a refresh to make sure there aren't any Windows files that are having problems.
Perform a system restore to when you first turned it on and see if that resolves it, if not, you can back up all your data and perform a restore to factory defaults and test the touchpad without anything else installed in just the factory load environment.
