No sound, on my webcam on my new PC ES15 win10

i don't see any icon at the top left  (strange)

and when 1 talk, my voice is not recorded, but the timer is working,

i don't know what's wrong,  it's a new pc bought i bought 1 week ago;

i thought i just have to click on camera, and everything is working.....

i have check  microphone, speakers,

and audio driver update,

& a few minutes ago, i opened the webcam again, 

& i click on camera,  & i talk , but i don't Hear my voice at all,

and at the top left corner, the camera icon is there, (as usual...) 

so i dont hnow at all how to verify

the sound, & i didn't find a panel in my pc to do so,

 in my former old acer, (2009) i was able to check the sound, ect....

i saw that, if skype is in function, (but it's not in function in my pc) 

they call it   "echo/sound test service"

my pc is in french, & english is my second language.
