In this case, check if reinstalling keyboard drivers help. To do this, follow the steps below:
    1. Press "Windows Key" + "R" to open Run window.
    2. In the Run window, type control panel and hit "Enter" key.
    3. Go to "Keyboard" and then click "Hardware" tab.
    4. Click "Properties" and go to "Driver" tab.
    5. Click "Uninstall" to uninstall keyboard drivers.
    6. Restart your computer and Windows will load keyboard drivers automatically.

If the issue persists even after reinstalling drivers, it is recommended to take your laptop to nearest Acer service center as it is under warranty. To do this, the following link can be helpful:

    Hope this will help you.
