Dear sir, I purchased acer aspire laptop E5-573 on 31.10.2015 from shopclues.com and received the item on

06.11.15, The received laptop is not working properly, the touchpad/mousepad is not at all working, so I submit

my request for return/refund from shopclues.com ,but so for I have not received any favourable reply from

shopclues.com, Inthis juncture I shined in with acer web site, I am unable to register my product with acer.com

My new laptops S/N:[edited to comply with guidelines] and the SNID:[edited to comply with guidelines], The registration is not accepting the above S/N, SNID and it shows incorrect S/N, SNID, Now Kindly intimate me, what shall I do for registration of my

product.

    If you are having registration issues you would need to contact the Acer Technical Support in your region to see if they could help you get it registered in the system.
