Hi i bought a Acer Aspire E-15 about lil over a month ago,, all was going well till then.. then all of a sudden i ended up with a crack in my screen.. SEnt it back to Acer .. got it is a internal crack  and is not covered  under there Standard Warranty..so in other words my tough luck ..im out about $600.00..what a shame.. i worked all summer   extra hours.. to buy this compter for college only to las a lil ver a month.. such a shame.. i thought i was buying something reliable and of quality  but i guess not.. not a way i would treat customers...

    Hi. So sorry to here of your predicament.

     

    I am English, so know little of your nation's laws, but if it is anything like the European laws then your product should still be covered by the regular rules of The Supply of Goods and Services Statutes.

    Keep chasing it up - shops fob you off with allsorts.
