My computer has crashed on me twice today.

as far as i can tell, for no reason

Can someone please help

  Try restoring your Windows files to see if that helps. You won't lose any data. You can find instructions for doing this at http://acer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/37335. If that doesn't fix it, it may be a hardware problem that requires repair.
