E5-572G - Replace simple LCD with Touchscreen
Hi, I own a Acer E5-572G (non touchscreen). I've seen that it exist a similar version (E5-571P) with touchscreen. Is the screen from the 571P compatible to my laptop?
Doese it exist any touchscreen compatible to my laptop?
Thanks!

Probably not. While they both may use the 30pin EDP video connector the touch would also require another connection for the input to be sent to motherboard. I also question if the touch panel would be thin enough to fit the existing chassis. Try looking up your panel at panel look dot com and find a similar spec touch screen. If it works, great tho you will also need touch screen drivers. Use this to help you figure it out.

My display was changed 2 or 3 times because it broke. „(Manuf)” is the old original one?
What's the difference between Monitor Name and Monitor Name (Manuf)? Thanks.0 -

The outline may work, tad small but I do not see mounting points. Your call. Be interesting to see if it works.0
