Aspire E1-772g restart loop before POST until key pressed

Hi Guys.

Recently my laptop started not working. Here are the symptoms:

- When the screen is Closed down and I plug in the AC adapter, the laptop immediately starts up for 1 second. The fans spinning, hear the DVD moving, USB drive flashing. Then after 1 second it immediatelly restarts and doing this forever.

- If the screen is Up and I plug in AC adapter then nothing happens, but when I press power button, then then the laptop starts for 1 sec and then it shuts off and not starting again anymore.

- both case the power led flashes for 1 sec, no beeps

- I have tryed to remove battery, removed cmos battery then holded power button for 70 seconds, but no change.

- the AC adapter is fine, we have tested it in another laptop

- changed RAM and tryed different ram slots too

- I have completly removed my cmos battery so it wont be an issue anymore...

Do you have any idea what could be the issue? Can it be a Bios problem, or is it a GPU, CPU problem?

it seems the problem is a faulty mosfet. At least I managed to find a faulty one along the charger circuit, that was only alowing 2,5V to pass instead of 19v.

If I got a new one and changed tha faulty, then I give another post how the diagnosis changed.
