Administrator account password problems with my Aspire ES14

I have a problem signing in to my administrator account because I forgot the password and I have no password reset disc. worst of it all is that all settings need the approval of the adminiatrator. Can anyone help me with any recovery process that won't require formatting my laptop?

If you created a Microsoft account you can remove it using the steps here:
If you did not create a Microsoft account you will need to restore the system using recovery media or ALT + F10 recovery, which steps are posted here:
