Acer Aspire E5-571-56UQ Bluetooth problems

Hello all,

I noticed that after upgrading to Windows 10, my bluetooth adapter seems to have stopped working. I can see my paired devices in Device Manager, but the bluetooth settings window does not show any devices, and continues "searching" until I close it. I have updated drivers from the Acer website, which still hasn't resolved the problem. My current driver version is 10.0.1.1, and the adapter is Qualcomm Atheros. I've heard that on this machine, there is one composite adapter for both bluetooth and Wi-Fi, which makes it odd that only one of the two isn't working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Jake

There are separate drivers for the Wifi and BT.

If   10.0.1.1 is your Wifi, here's the latest driver foe Win 10

    Wireless LANAtherosWireless LAN Driver10.0.0.32159.3 MB2015/08/25Download

Assumeing that the BT is Atheros, Here's the latest BT driver

    BluetoothAtherosBluetooth Driver10.0.0.32149.5 MB2015/08/18Download

Go here http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers Click Notebook/ Aspire and find your model in the 3rd column and you will find all your drivers and Applications.
