Hello. So, I've got this laptop, it is pretty new, only having it for a year. It is a purple, Acer Aspire Laptop E 15. Recently, I've noticed my mouse buttons were starting to act up. As in, they don't work probably. I have to press down quite firmly to get them to work. I can't really use the right button to call up my menu anymore. I can still move around on my pad and click things by tapping, but my two bottom buttons no longer work probably. It's a pain, I was using them pretty well the day before, and then they just didn't work probably anymore. I've tried almost everything I could think off, I went into the mouse setting and reset everything.

Can somebody help me please?

    Shannon12,

It sounds like it might be hardware honestly, if you have to push hard for the buttons to work. I would sugegst contacting the Acer Technical Support in your region to go over what options are available for you.

I am inclined to agree with Shannon12. Machine electronic pad underneath is not making connection or is fused/oxidised...else it may be a driver issue, as it was with mine.Woman Frustrated
