Ok
this can be a VGA issue, since the 2 monitors can't find any signal.
have you checked PSU connectcion to VGA?
have you tried different VGA-Monitor cables?

it is a acer aspire x1300, AMDX3 82550, 3GB. 32OGB,8200 integrated NVDIA GForce
the two motherboards are original DA061/078L and the second one 078L/07160 they both are exactly the same
after grounding i just had to swap the cable and parts.
i will go fetch a bigger power supply and a pci graphic card as the one i used was a agp one

Before spend money, let's check other things.
disconnect HDD-DVD and mount only 1 stick of ram if you got 2.
now disconnect the PSU from the wall plug, open PC case and take off the internal battery.
wait 5 minutes and press power button twice, just to discharge completly the motherboard.
now put back the internal battery, plug the PSU cable and try to boot without connecting DVD/HDD and with only one stick of ram.

TOP TOP MAN!!!!!!!!
did what you suggested and there"was light and display", then i restarted the system with hdd and cd then still ok
but after adding the second ram the system repeat the no display pb . removing that ram was the solution
i remember removing both ram not one at the time when checking that was my mistake ..
thank you a thousand time and keep it up ACE IronFly i learned a great deal today
