hello i wonder how i can upgrade my graphic card on my acer since the tower is that small can't just go out and buy any graphic card for that so i dont know what to look for since i need something better for some gaming since i have alot of fps issues in almost every game that i have tried on this

Due to its small size you are restricted which is to be expected.
You do have a free PCIe x16 slot but it will only accept a half height card (a riser card cannot be used).
Unfortunately, you are further restricted by only having a 220W PSU.

There are a number of low profile cards on the market. You would need to study the specs (and reviews) to determine suitability.
