tv tuner for windows 7 on a acer 5600u

hi all recently i got a new acer 5600u all in one now my problem is i started to like windows 8 then it started to have problems like freezing up programs stop responding and games just lagging to the **bleep** house

so anyways i installed my windows 7 ultimate 64bit and it runs flawless im really happy with it but i downloaded the tv tuner card driver and AVerMedia TV Player is not picking the tv tuner card up where acer says that it is surported with windows 7

now i was wondering if anyone else had the problem and has the issue been fixed

all the rest of the drivers work fine but not the tv tuner

There are two AverMedia drivers listed for the Aspire 5600U desktop.

Please ensure that you are using the correct driver.
