I have an Aspire M5630 that will not load the windows system. I downloaded the the Acer recovery media but it asks for a password before loading the e-recovery management application. What password ???

Acer recovery media is not available as a download - it must be purchased directly from them!
I'd suggest to contact Acer support for your region to obtain the disks.

To complete the answer finlux, you are 3 ways to recover or repair your desktop (windows and drivers):
1- From hard disk (PQ Service - Hidden partition)
2- From the factory recovery media made via eRecovery (your DVD)
3- Purchase Acer recovery media DVD

Yes, you are right of course - but I was specifically responding to the OP's point that he cannot get a downloaded version of eRecovery to work!

hello everyone i hope you can help me. i have aspire e1-572 win8 OS then i want it to transfer to win7 but suddenly my win OS disk hi couldn't read my OS and i don't have any recovery disk...i can't use now my laptop..any suggestion or DIY ideas to use my laptop or if i buy recovery disk how much is this?thanks in advance

sorry, my question there was..how can i reboot my laptop?because if i put my win7 OS disc.the disc is rid but i can choose any drive in short there all hidden and they are in gpt something like that.there's a possibility to unhide them?so that i can install my win7 OS?

If, what you are saying, is Windows will not work - you have 2 options:
1. Try to reinstall from the recovery partition - Hold down ALT, and continually tap F10 as soon as you switch on. This should start the eRecovery program. Try a few times if this doesn't work straight away.
2. Recovery disks/USB Drive. Contact Acer support for your region to buy these. They are not expensive to buy.
