i have bought 2 gb extra memory, after installing the memory and turning it on, only  the black acer  screen pops up, boot menu should be accesible with f12, not responding

when i remove the extra memory, unit is working normal, what am i doing wrong?

Unfortunately, the n282g has a maximum of 2GB RAM total (up to 1GB per slot).
