I am having problems with the Emachine Desktop I purchased from Walmart.com. I have contacted the emachines warranty site, but received a message saying the system is not covered by the warranty. I submitted proof of purchase via the POP system. It has been over three days, and I have not been contact yet. I have also attempted to fax the proof of purchase, but go figure the line is always busy.
This is ridiculous! I can't use the useless computer because it is not recognizing any monitor. PLEASE HELP

The eMachines EL1360G series of desktops was originally shipped in 2011.
The system is outside the original manufacturer warranty period.
When you state, "...it is not recognizing any monitor," what have you attempted to connect to the system?
What monitors and with what outputs/inputs?
Do you see a POST screen, BIOS screen or Windows screen ever on any monitor?
Have you attempted to change or add a video card on the system?
