USB3 not working properly

Help please, My PCs USB3 connector is not recognising my USB3 devices including Seagate external HD although it will see it occasionally after several reboots of PC.

My problem - I have downloaded the latest Win8.1 USB driver OK from the Acer site but I cannot install it because a prerequisit is the uninstallation of the old driver first.

I cannot uninstall it because it does not appear in Add/Remove Programs and that is where Acer instructions say it should be uninstalled from. Where do I go now?

I'm not able to find a "Z600" from the information provided.

Can you please send me the SNID or serial number via private message?
