I have an Aspire AX3470 that came equipped with a DVD read/write device and I want to know what I need to buy to replace it with a Blu Ray read/write device so I don't lose the CD and DVD read/write capability.

A drive like this is what you will need. This will replace your old drive, and burns Bluray disks as well as standard DVD and CD disks.

It will fit in the same space, and use the same cabling as your existing one.
