hello, i keep getting a double box pop up on monitor, top shows various icons with (sun) exit auto & (enter) menu,

bottom box shows contrast, & bottom box says briteness. how do i stop this. thank you, yellowdaisy121

Hello, monitor is Acer.

there are many numbers on back, UPC #, bar code #, there are four push buttons on monitor, auto,<, > , menu, & power . hope this helps as the pop ups keep happening. Thank you so much, yellowdaisy121

Hi friend,

Thanks for the info. There are some functioning switches comes with the monitor front panel. May be some buttons keep pressing by external force or something. Please power off the monitor and press these front panel function button several times and again power on it and check. Is some liquid spilled on it?

  tried pressing buttons as you suggested, think it worked!! have not had pop up yet. Thank you so much, have a wonderful day..........

spoke too soon, pop up appeared again. nothing was spilled, I will keep trying for awhile pressing buttons
