Hi there,
Had my Revo RL80 a couple of months now, running through my Onkyo AV Receiver and 720 TV. I keep getting messages saying the apps on the homescreen won't run due to the screen resolution being too low, which I assume is because my TV is 720 rather than 1080? My 1080 TV is being shipped to my new address, but won't be for another month or so and just wondered if there is any way around this? I'm not that bothered about the apps, but would like to install Windows 8.1. I can't do this, as everytime I get the message asking me, I get the message saying my screen resolution is too low. I'm on the recommended resolution setting at the moment.
Thanks
Julho
In Windows 8/8.1, Windows Apps require a minimum resolution of 1024 x 768. The Apps Snap feature requires a minimum resolution of 1366 x 768. If you are running one of these resolutions or higher then you should not be getting an error message.
