My lights that our usually blue our purple and my laptop won't turn on, what do I do?

Try a power reset.

1) Remove the adapter (power cord) and battery from the laptop.

2) Press and hold the power button for 10- 15 seconds.

3) Then reconnect the battery and plug in the adapter.

4) Turn the laptop on and check for the issue.

Did not help. Tried 3 times. I still have a purple light and won't turn on
