My emachine is a Model 1810. Can I add a wireless PCI card to it?

The ET1810 has the below options for adding hardware. As long as you install the driver and the hardware matches below specs you should be ok.

PCI1~2 32-bit add-on card slots

PCIE1 PCI Express x1 slot

PCIE16X PCI Express x16 slot for graphics interface
