Dear,
I have a desktop which is now useless. When I power up then everything is work nice but monitor display was black with in open after 3 sec. When again monitor power off after on then it stay maximum 3 second.
Please give me any idea how can I solve this problem shortly.

So, basically, your desktop is working fine - it's just the monitor switches off after 3 seconds?

If that's the case, then you may have a problem with your monitor or cable. The first thing to do is to borrow a monitor (and a cable) from a friend/neighbour or family member and try their cable on your monitor. If this solves the problem, then it's your cable at fault & will need replacing.

If the change of cable doesn't make any difference, then try the borrowed monitor. If it works, then it's your monitor at fault. If it STILL doesn't work, then you may have an issue with your desktop.

If the computer & the monitor shuts off after 3 seconds, then it will almost certainly be the desktop at fault.
