I have tested the power supply, removed and cleaned the RAM, held the power button down for 30 secoonds with no power to the system, tested the power cord and tried others but im still getting no power please HELP

It sounds like you have tried a lot of troubleshooting. Other than removing the power from the device, and holding the power button on the system for 30 seconds to make sure there is no charge in the system before powering it on, I don't really have any other troubleshooting tips. It could be a problem with the mainboard, so you may need to contact technical support in your region to inquire about repair options.

 if your Acer am5100-u5300a stops turning on outta no where and you still hear the fans come on but no keyboard lights or video output it is probably the CMOS battery, there is a wierd problem with these boards that if the CMOS battery fails the computer will not turn on completely ...took me forever to figure out
