We bought an Acer Aspire M3641 on 24/12/2009. And for more then a year we only got problems with this PC.

 It started with a little something after buying this PC. Fails to boot after shutdown. Only after the power was completely turned off.

After three months the letters disappear of the keyboard. After much effort got a new keyboard which is not qwerty was but another system. Again we sent a email to Acer received correctly one.

 Now the current problem which already going on for one year:

Blue screens and still images.

We already have sent the PC 6 times back to the store for repair. This is because the PC just fell out of warranty and send it alone costs 75.00. (hey that fine services)

But every blue screen is the error code different and they can not find the error. Several are devices go to the store for various tests.

Any ideas?
