Apparently Acer stops worrying about support unless you have an active warranty.  I bought six Veritons a year ago! My problem is inherent to the system as far as I can tell, but i can't chat, email or talk to their support staff at all.  So far, all I've gotten are referals to sites that charge for this.  I can't even get a free copy of the manual/Users guide that should have come with the PCs in the first place.  I doubt that I will recommend Acer to any one, based on the lack of support overall. Totally frustrated and discouraged.

If you go to Acer support for your region, click on "Drivers & Manuals", type in your Veriton Model and select the "Documents" tab, you will find the manual/user guide available to download for your model.
