when i flash from windows then i go in to WIN folder and run the BIOS_WIN bat? because when i do that this comes up. 

Reading file ........... done 

FFS checksums ........ ok 

-ROM file size does not match existing BIOS size.

Try from Dos but i suspect you will get the same error.

i got an error when i did DOS. i don't know much about computers but could it be that i need to flash an older (newer then what i have now) version first and after that the newer one?

Nope.

i suspect they changed Motherboard revision, so you can't flash that BIOS on your system.

it's why you haev a mismatch size error.

So, you can't upgrade to Ivy bridge, sorry.
