As the title says i need some help finding the right BIOS version and right now i have P02-A2 2011-10-31 and an Acer predator G3610.
The reason i need an update is because i have bought a new CPU and when i start the computer it only starts for like 2 sec then turns off then on again an then it beeps 3 or 4 times then it's quit and on but never goes in to windows just a black screen so my guess is that i have an old bios version that dosen't recognize the CPU.

No a sandy bridge i think atleast it says so in CPU-Z. right now i have an i3 2120 and bought an i5 3570k so maybe i bought the wrong cpu and the cpu might not work with my motherboard?

Your new CPU is an Ivy Bridge, so you can flash the BIOS i posted, then put the new CPU and boot to BIOS pressing F2 to check if all is working.

well i have read up about flashing the bios and to be honest i'm not sure i even want to try it myselfe. Don't feel that confident to flash the bios on my own seems risky and complicated. pc noob over here haha.

not so complicated, just read the readme.pdf and follow the instuctions.
CPU swap is more complicated.

okej i have made a DOS bootable device but when i boot with it i don't see any files just C:/ and i have no clue why.

if your PC is working under windows, no need to do a DOS bootable, just flash straight from windows.
if you want to use DOS, you need to copy on the bootabled DOS device, the files on DOS folder and ROM folder to the root of your bootable DOS device.
then boot from the DOS device and type on prompt
BIOS_DOS.bat
