Please help I have an acer aspire touch all in one which up until recently I was able to watch dvd's on it but now it wont,  I have updated the drivers but still nothing happens,  When I put a disc in it doesn't register in my computer as there being one in the drive.

Please help

I have the same problem with my All-In-One AZ3620. It reports a problem with the registry, but contact with Acer technical support was unable to come up with a solution. Let me know if you ever solve this problem and I'll do the same for you if a solution comes along.

what program you use to play DVD movie?

did you try VLC?  probably need codecs

My software is not the problem. The system cannot even see a DVD installed anymore.

I have tried windows media player, VLC, wondershare and a few others that i have on my computer but none of them are picking up the dvd

and I know its not the software on the pc as i have played them on a laptop with the same software
