what is the best way to flash the bios on my system Aspire M3100 and I need step by step instructions, I tried with a usb and the computer kept saying the it cannot find OS on this drive, press ctrl+alt+del to restart?? need info fast as possible. Thank You

Firstly, why do you want to flash the bios?

Which bios version do you want to flash?

most Bios can be flashed from within Windows... if not then you need to get the Bootable Flash Bios. they are different.... one is from Windows the other is from Command Prompt.
