I'm a new member, because I have 6 Acer Veriton PCs and have a problem that I can't seem to solve.
I hope someone here can help me, because it is a pressing problem.
When I use F8 to go into Repair your Computer, and then select the command prompt, I am taken to an X drive.
X:\Windows\System32\ I can't get to a C drive at all.
A file I need to replace is in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers, and can only be replaced using this approach. I've tried other ways and the software manufacterer assures me this is the only way. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how I can get to my C: drive this way?
Thanks in advance for any help at all.
