Yves did you find the Pen and Tablet option in the Control Panel? What version of Windows 8 did you install and how many bits(23 or 64-bit)

When I first installed Windows 8 (64 bit) I did have pen and tablet in the control panel, but it dissapeared a day or two later, I'm guessing a windows update did it in.

It has been hectic past week for me, but here we go......

I have tested the Touch on Windows 8 and the models affected are as follows. If your model is not listed here, its either the touch will work or not work. For these machines, I have the driver to get the touch working.

Acer Veriton: Z4621G , Z4631 , Z4631G

Acer Aspire: Z3171 , Z3771 , Z5771

Packard Bell: oneTwo L5871 , oneTwo M3451 , oneTwo M3871

I did a clean install of Windows 8 on my Asprire z5101. Pen and Touch was not showing in the control panel, but I tried installing your drivers anyway, and they worked!

So looks like you can add the z5101 to your list. Thanks!

Hi Freeza, 

You seems to be the saviour of all Acers all-in-ones. I too installed the beta version which was fine them upgraded to windows 8 pro when it came out then NO TOUCH.  I have pen and touch.  Please can you make my christmas and send me the drivers. Windows 8 is great but without touch. Aaghhh.
