Extending display to 3 monitors on Veriton X4620G

I am trying to extend my desktop to a thrid monitor. I'm running Windows 8.1 on an Acer Veriton X4620G w/ an Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 display adapter using an active VGA adapter for display port 2. (2 display ports and a DVI connection). The system detects all three monitors and will display my desktop on any two of the three of them that I want, but will not allow me to display on all three at once. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Can you please provide the part number of your system or private message me the serial number of the system?

Did you attempt to connect three monitors under the shipping operating system?
