It gave me a black screen with the following words

"reboot and select boot device or insert boot device and push a key"

But the weird thing is I set the boot priority to Hard Disc already. But it cannot boot from hard disc.

What is tricky is that the original 1st boot device is not hard disc but something called "boot device manager". I think something about this "boot device manage" is causing problem.

So what can I do is i want to enable CMS？

you need to enable CSM only if you want to install legacy OS that not support UEFI boot.

windows boot manager is the manager that will boot your windows 8-8.1 OS, so if you set HDD ubstead if windows boot manager you can have boot problem.
