Was wondering if there is anywhere to get a replacement front glass for Acer 5600u touch screen. if so where can I get one.

I have the same issue.  Tried the repair self support, entered the SNID, and kept rejecting it prompting me it had to be 11 or 12 characters even though I entered 11 characters and the page itself confirmed it was 11 characters.

Does anyone from Acer monitor this board?  the orginal message is 6 months old with no response.

Have you found out where to purchase just the digitizer for the Acer 5600U?
