Q1.  My xc 600 came with Win 8 preloaded.  I have just upgraded to Win 8.1.  Since upgrading I can not get the VGA to work.  I have tried downloading the "Latest Driver" from the acer website and it will not load.

Q2.  I have looked at a number of sites which have driver update apps, but can find none which list updated drivers for Win 8.1

Any thoughts?  Anyone?

Hi Choirboy

Have you tried Windows Update to see if it finds a suitable driver? What graphics are on your XC600 - Intel, Nvidia or AMD? It will be worth going to the manufacturer's website to see if they have updates there.

If all else fails, you may have to revert back to 8.0. There are still some issues with 8.1 which means it's not compatible with all hardware. This may be the case with your XC600.
