Hi, I bought my Acer Aspire X1900 2-3 years ago. Today, it just crashed to a point where I could not do anything anymore ( Not even boot it ) So I started putting his default values ( like a format ) but it crashed during the operation. Now I can't reboot it at all and my CD with my backup is nowhere to be found. When I try to get Help from the help section it ask for a series number but I don't know where I can find it on the Desktop ( If I can... ).

Also, when I bought the computer there were no install CD, drivers or anything at all. Just the Desktop it self.

What can I do ? If I can do something...

the serial number must be in a sticker on the bottom right side of your case

by the way, if your system has 2 or more ram sticks, have you tried to boot with just one stick?
