I inherited an Acer Aspire M 3201 desktop running Vista.  Can I upgrade it, change the OS and install another software to use it still.  It has been sitting around since 2011.  I have a laptop, but want to see if I can use this Acer.  I know Vista is history.  Thank you for any help you could offer.

The Aspire M3201 is compatible with Windows 7.
