Aspire A5600U wireless keyboard won't connect! PLEASE HELP ASAP

I have a new (refurbished) A5600U and I found the dingle (in the mouse), connected it and now the mouse works, but I cannot get the keyboard to work for the life of me! Am I supposed to have a separate dingle for the keyboard? I don't even see a button on the keyboard to "pair"....please help!

The keyboard and mouse should be automatically paired to the receiver from factory.
