The original hard drive is failing, no big deal as I've backed up all my important data; I've also ordered recovery media from Acer but there doesn't appear to be a Windows product key code sticker on the unit so where do I find that? Also what type of hard drive does this unit use, a desktop or notebook size drive? I also can't find instructions anywhere on how to take the rear cover off to expose the hard drive, any ideas?
