We have just brought a new acer Aspire 5600U all in one. Wireless keyboard and mouse has never worked and very disapointed with Rentlo the store we brought it from. They don't even have tech support they send out the delivery guy who knows nothing.
My thinking is its the usb sender thats faulty because they have replaced the HDD so surely its not a software problem.
Anyone had this problem?

The keyboard and mouse should be pre-paired with the USB receiver from the factory.
Please contact your local Acer service center for assistance with the keyboard and mouse.
