We have a French purchased All In One Aspire 5600U with French keyboard (KBRF65211).  We need the Anglo QWERTY style with Anglo labeling for our non touch typists who use it.   What is the keyboard Model number for conversion/or is there a keypad assembly swapout possible?  What part numbers?

The keyboard/mouse are pre-paired with a receiver at the factory.

Your best option may be to contact technical support in the USA and see if you can purchase the English keyboard/mouse set for the unit.
